The benefits of DG Outdoor Training is to provide a whole-body workout using different styles of workouts that builds strength, endurance and fitness in an outdoor environment all year round.

DG Outdoor Training  session's are ran by Damion Godwin on a Monday and Saturday and ran by Zoe Buckland on a Wednesday. 

 

DG Outdoor Training workouts attract many people because they:

-Offer a more challenging and varied workout for participants over 17 years of age.​F

-Requires little or no specialist equipment.

-Create a sense of camaraderie among the participants.

-Are suitable for all abilities and is friendly and welcoming.
